Agressive Leads/Followers can cause major injury.

I talked to a lovely lady outside the salsa club about her recovery from a bad lead which tore her shoulder up.  It took her a year to recover.  Finally she’s back.  We talked about the importance of proper technique and taking lessons from a good instructor.  Don’t be the person causing injury when we’re just trying to have fun.
